Employee Assistance Sales Manager

BEACON is a trusted EAP resource to employers of all types and sizes and to their valuable employees. Our reach extends nationally, but we specialize in tailoring quality programs to the needs of organizations in Eastern Pennsylvania and neighboring states.

We are currently seeking an experienced Employee Assistance Sales Manager to market our Employee Assistance Program. 

Responsibilities include:

Interact with primary buying influences with goals of elevating the employee assistance program (Beacon's) profile, visibility and generating new business.  Travel within Phila/NY metro area
Develop relationships with primary buying influences to advocate Beacon's involvement in all EAP related issues
Persuasively present Beacon's services thru written, online and personal interfaces with PBIs based on "Beyond Proactive" communications platform
Establish a presence, build relationships and submit proposals in industries including but not limited to education, financial, car dealerships, biotech, hi-tech, medical supply, non-franchised mid-sized businesses and government/municipalities
Implement and maintain sales and prospecting database
Nurture and enhance relationship with current client base
Collaborate on implanting account management procedures
Collaborate to manage/deliver PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency grant goals
Partner with brokers and consultants

Requirements include: 

Applicant must have experience in the Employee Assistance Program arena
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing/sales.
Responsible for growing the Employee Assistance Program's (Beacon) revenue and profits thru promoting and justifying the value of Beacon's services to CEOs and other key decision makers (primary buying influences)
Required to perform at a level consistent with implementation and growth of Beacon and PA Commission on Crime Delinquency (PCCD) sales plan.
Annually develop Management by Objective Report with measurable outcomes. At least quarterly provide written report on progress towards reaching agree-upon outcomes.
